Welcome to Pikool ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use our mobile application Pikool (the "App"), available on Google Play.
By using Pikool, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
Pikool does not require you to create an account or provide personal information directly. The App contains no advertising and no advertising SDK.
The following data is collected or generated when you use the App:
Player names entered in-game are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to any server.
We use the following third-party services, which may process data under their own privacy policies:
Processes all payments. We never see or store your payment details.
Manages in-app purchases, subscriptions, and purchase restoration. Processes transaction data to verify and maintain premium entitlements.
Hosts our database, which stores the App's game content (questions and categories) and the pack-purchase records described in Section 2 (device identifier, purchased pack, transaction reference, and purchase date).

Pikool is a party drinking game intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Pack-purchase records (device identifier, pack, transaction reference) are retained for as long as needed to keep your purchases unlocked. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with our hosting provider in the European Union. In-game player names are stored locally on your device and are removed by uninstalling the App.
You may request the deletion of the purchase records associated with your device identifier at any time by contacting us (see Section 9). Note that deleting these records will permanently remove access to purchased packs.
